(DEKALB COUNTY) – An Angola woman was injured in a one vehicle crash.

According to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office, 68 year old Sherry Laroe of Angola was driving in the 3900 block of County Road 35 at 9:30 Monday morning when her car went off the roadway to the west and struck two large trees, of them head on.

Laroe sustained a broken arm and ankle along with internal injuries. Her car sustained heavy front end damage and is considered a total loss.

Assisting at the scene were the Auburn Police and Fire Departments,
long with the DeKalb County Highway Department and Parkview DeKalb EMS.
