(STURGIS) – It was a back and forth contest, but in the end the visiting Elkhart County Railroaders beat the host Sturgis Biscuits 10-9 in 10 innings in the annual Vintage baseball game played during Sturgis Fest. The contest is played using rules from the 1870’s for baseball, which are slightly different than the modern game. Despite the loss, the Biscuits have won 3 of the last 5 contests.
