(DETROIT) – Mendon lead at the end of the first quarter, but Union City stormed back and was able to beat the Hornets 62-45 in the Court Of Dreams game played at Little Caesar’s Arena in Detroit Saturday afternoon. Ryder Gorham led the Hornets and all scorers on the day with 17 points. Owen Gorham added 14 points while Jack McCaw had 5 points. Aiden Decker had 15 points for Union City. Rick Austin had 12 points, and Eli Payne had 11 points. Both Mendon and Union City are now 1-1 on the season.
