(SYRACUSE) – The Lakeland boys golf team finished fifth at the Wawasee Invitational, shooting a team score of 358. Goshen was first (336), Northridge was second (348), NorthWood third (351), host Wawasee was eighth (385) Westview ninth (395), Fairfield tenth (398), West Noble was 12th (403) and Elkhart was 14th (447). Lakeland was led in scoring by Ben Keil with a round of 78. Teammate Tommy Curtis shot an 81. Carl Miller had the low round for Westview with a 90. Teammate Logan Schwartz shot a 97. Northridge's Tyler Frazier led the team with a 77 while Brock Reschly shot an 86.
