Bronson softball beats Centreville for D-3 District Title
(BRONSON) – The host Bronson softball team won a Division 3 District Title with wins over Constantine 12-0 in the semifinals and then Centreville 10-0 in the District Finals. Ashlynn Harris was the winning pitcher in both games, throwing a no hitter against Constantine, and giving up 2 hits against Centreville. She had 22 strikeouts on the day. Roni Bir was 4 for 4 with a grand slam and 6 RBI for Bronson. Kailynne Scare had 3 RBI as Bronson improves to 26-9 and will take on Laingsburg in a Regional Semifinal game Saturday.
