One Person Dead Following Car v Pedestrian Accident

(DOWAGIAC) – One person is dead after being struck by a vehicle.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says the incident happened just after 4 AM Sunday. A vehicle was heading north in the 57,000 block of Wilbur Road and struck a pedestrian, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
The name of the victim has not been released, pending notification of family members. The crash is still being investigated.
