Sturgis Kiwanis Club Announces 2025 Scholarship Winners

(STURGIS) - The Sturgis Kiwanis Club is proud to announce its annual scholarship winners for the Sturgis High School class of 2025.
Receiving $1,250 scholarships are the following students along with the college they will be attending and career they wish to pursue: Kylie Brooks who will attend Grand Valley State University to study Dermatology/Nursing; Olyvia Percival will be going to LIM College in New York City where she will be studying Fashion Marketing and Public Relations; Kaitlyn Stone will be attending Western Michigan University to study Engineering; Addison Sutter will be heading to the University of Michigan to pursue degrees in Communications and Graphic Design; and Drake Williams who will attend Baylor University and will study Business & Pre-Law.
Receiving $375 Glen Oaks Community College or other Community College or Trade School scholarships are: Tania Delgado who is attending Glen Oaks Community College to study Nursing; and Kenzy Triezenberg who has not decided where she will be going, but will pursue a career as a Vet Tech.
The scholarship winners were honored at a recent Kiwanis luncheon where they received a certificate of merit, and their scholarship check. A brief bio of each of the student’s achievements was also read to the club. The Sturgis Kiwanis Club meets at noon each Wednesday at the Sturges-Young Auditorium.
