(CENTREVILLE) - Today is an opportunity for St. Joseph County residents to find out about services available to them.
The St. Joseph County Housing Task Force is holding their annual Project Connect and Veteran Stand Down.
The event has turned into a community resource fair, according to Laura Brott of the Housing Task Force. Brott says the event is geared towards people who are struggling for a variety of matters such as low income or homeless, and this is an opportunity to give someone a hand up . She says this is a way to meet people's short-term needs with food, flu shots, hair cuts, hygiene products, and to introduce citizens to agencies that can assist them long term. (LISTEN ABOVE)
