(BRANCH COUNTY) - A Quincy woman died in a two vehicle crash.
Branch County Sheriff Fred Blankenship says deputies were called out at 5:13 AM Friday for a crash on Jonesville Road near Ridge Road.
The preliminary investigation indicates that 67 year old Janet Murray of Quincy collided head on with an eastbound vehicle driven by 51 year old Travis Morrow of Coldwater. Murray was pronounced dead at the scene due to her injuries.
Morrow was taken to Insight Hospital and Medical Center Coldwater for treatment of minor injuries.
Assisting deputies at the scene were the Coldwater PS, the Quincy Fire Department and Life Care Ambulance.
The crash remains under investigation.
