LaGrange County Habitat for Humanity is now accepting applications for their next Partner Family. They are seeking a family for a new 3-bedroom home in South Milford, with an anticipated completion date of May 2027. Interested families are invited to the Partner Family Information Session on Friday, July 24th at Coffee & Cream (8015 E. 750 S., South Milford, IN) at 6pm. During this session you will receive the official application and learn about the selection process and requirements.
Basic Qualifications Include:
- Live or have children that attend school in LaGrange County
- Meet income eligibility guidelines
- Demonstrate a need for affordable housing
- Be willing to partner with Habitat through sweat equity
- Be able to repay an affordable mortgage
