(WHITE PIGEON) - There will be plenty to see and do this weekend as White Pigeon Days 2026 kicks off today.
Friday's events include the Midway opening at 3 PM. There will be an open house from 3 PM until 8 PM at the White Pigeon Prairie U.S. Land Office.
At 5 PM the 2026 Citizens Of The Year Ceremony will take place at the Community Tent. This year's honorees are Valorie Juergens and Mike Brorson.
The White Pigeon United Methodist Church will have their Pie, Cake and Ice Cream Sale, starting at 5 PM. All proceeds go to White Pigeon Senior Scholarships.
Also at 5 PM the White Pigeon Firefighter's hot dog roast will take place at the Fire Department.
The White Pigeon Days Parade will start at 7 PM. Then at 8 PM is Music On The Midway, near the Lighthouse Church with music from Sheila Iverson.
