(ANGOLA) - A Sturgis man has been arrested on multiple charges at a Northeast Indiana park.
Steuben County Sheriff Office Chief Deputy Michael Meeks say they received a call from the Coldwater Police Department at 6:30 PM Thursday, about a suspect wanted for burglary that was staying at Pokagon State Park in Angola.
Deputies contacted Park Staff with a description of the suspect's vehicle, and Park Staff confirmed the vehicle and the man were there. Deputies arrived and found the vehicle in the main beach parking lot. They found the suspect and took him into custody.
31 year old Caleb Wing was arrested on an unclassified fugitive warrant, along with a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor charges of possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Wing is also connected with a series of break-ins in Michigan.
