(MARCELLUS) - A man was injured when his vehicle crashed into a building.
Cass County Sheriff Clint Roach says at 12:30 PM Thursday, his deputies were called out to a single vehicle crash at 290 South Centre Street in Marcellus.
The investigation showed that 35 year old Wesley Cummings of Marcellus was driving south on South Centre Street and appeared to have a medical issue. His vehicle crashed through a fence and then into Big Tony's Pizzeria.
Cummings was taken to Beacon Hospital Kalamazoo to be treated for his injuries.
The Marcellus Fire Department and Med Flight assisted at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
