(Issaquah, WA) - Costco is issuing a voluntary recall on two popular prepared food items after discovering that the Caesar dressing may contain pieces of plastic.
The recall affects the Caesar Salad and the Chicken Sandwich with Caesar Salad, sold at select Costco locations across the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast. The products were sold with sell-by dates from October 17th through November 9th, and can be identified by item number 11444.
Costco and its dressing supplier, Ventura Foods, are urging customers to stop eating the products immediately and return them to any Costco store for a full refund--no receipt required. For more information, customers can visit Costco's website or contact their local store.
