(FORT WAYNE) - Less than four weeks after hitting the market, the former "Freeland Mansion" is now under contract with an accepted offer.
The estate, listed at $6.75 million, became part of Fort Wayne's history after entrepreneur Dick Freeland and his wife Deanna moved to the city and opened their first Pizza Hut franchise.
