(WHITE PIGEON) – White Pigeon was down after three quarters, but had a strong fourth quarter, and then needed two overtimes to beat visiting Cassopolis 66-62 in a Southwest 10 girls basketball game. Coach Brooke McClure says it was a physical, intense game but her team stayed focused to get the win. Sydney McClure led the Lady Chiefs with 28 points and 8 rebounds Sadie McDaniel added 23 points and 12 rebounds, as White Pigeon improves to 10-3 and 9-1 in the Southwest 10.
