(ANGOLA) – Another person is now a candidate to run for a State office in Indiana.

Steuben County native Judy Rowe has officially filed her paperwork to run as a Democratic candidate for the District 51 seat in the Indiana House of Representatives. Rowe is a local Realtor and the former Chairperson of the Steuben County Democrats. She is running for the seat currently held by Republican Dr. Denny Zent.

Zent is not seeking re-election, after serving six consecutive terms in the Indiana House of Representatives.

Following the primary election, Rowe will be up against either Dr. Rhonda Sharp of LaGrange, or Angola native Tony Isa.
