(STURGIS) - The Sturgis girls basketball team ended the regular season with a home win against Wolverine Conference rival Paw Paw 71-38. Coach Andy Phillips says the seniors went out with a good win in their last home game. Angela Cary led the Lady Trojans with 30 points. Sydney Bir added 12 points while Addison Eicher and Kinder Smith each had 8 points. Sturgis ends the regular season at 18-3 overall and 14-2 in the Wolverine Conference. They will be in action next Wednesday in the semifinals of the B.C. Central District.
