(STURGIS) - The host Sturgis boys basketball team fought hard but lost to Kalamazoo Loy Norrix 52-44 in their Division 1 District Semifinal contest. Gavin Lewis led the way for the Trojans with 15 points. (LISTEN ABOVE). Lukis Bir added 13 points while Simon Phillips had 8 points. Sturgis ends the season at 11-13. Kalamazoo Loy Norrix is now 15-7 and will face B.C. Central in the District Finals on Friday after the Bearcats beat Coldwater 65-58 in their semifinal game.
