Atlanta 4, Cubs 1 Ronald Acuna hits an RBI single to make it 2-1 over the Cubs. The Braves went on to beat the Cubs 4-1.

Justin Verlander strikes out Shohei Ohtani for his 2,500th career strikeout. The Astros went on to beat the Angels 2-0.
