(GLENDIVE, MT) – Former Westview standout student-athlete Ashya Klopfenstein is moving on in her college basketball career. Klopfenstein, who played for Dawson Community College in Glendive, Montana in the 2020-2021 school year, has signed a National Letter Of Intent to attend NCAA Division 1 Robert Morris University on a full athletic scholarship. Due to COVID-19, she will have three years of eligibility at Robert Morris. Ashya played forward for Dawson Community College, and averaged 16 points, 10 rebounds and 3 steals a game. She was selected All Regional 13 for the 2020-2021 season.
