WEST LAFAYETTE – Two organizations from our area came home from the Indiana Tourism Conference in West Lafayette with some awards in their luggage.
Blue Gate Hospitality in Shipshewana won the award for Best Digital Marketing with a budget greater than $300-thousand dollars.
The Steuben County Tourism Bureau won for Best Digital Marketing for budgets under $300-thousand dollars.
It was the first time the tourism conference presented the awards which honor creativity, innovation, and maximize dollars invested.
The conference brought together more than 150 tourism leaders from around the state for educational sessions and networking over three days last week.
