An accident involving a car and a buggy happened Thursday night just north of Fremont on Fremont Road south of Brown Road in Branch County around 7:30 PM.
Five people were injured.

Michigan State Police investigated the crash but have not released a statement. They were on the scene for roughly an hour and half.

Assisting the MSP at the scene was the Fremont Fire Department and Life Care Ambulance.
