HOWE – Rain washed out a military parade to honor Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb, but the governor still got a tour of Howe Military Academy on Friday.

Following the tour, Holcomb answered questions from the Cadets – including one about how is Naval experience shaped his life.

Holcomb announced Friday morning that 22 companies announced plans to locate or expand in Indiana creating up to 1,090 new jobs in the next few years.

Five were in Elkhart County, one in Noble County and one in Steuben County.
