Motorcycle crash injures Goshen man


GOSHEN – A Goshen man suffered a broken leg when his motorcycle crashed Saturday afternoon on County Road 142 east of County Road 17.

54-year-old Michael Eby was transported to Goshen Hospital for treatment.

The crash happened just before 6 p-m when Eby’s eastbound motorcycle left the road and struck a pair of mailboxes.

Elkhart County police say alcohol was likely a factor in the crash.
