(STURGIS) – One person received minor injuries in a roll over accident.

Sturgis Director of Public Safety Ryan Banaszak says his Department was called to a one vehicle accident just before 8 PM Tuesday at the intersection of Chicago Road and Nottawa Street where the vehicle rolled over.

Public Safety personnel treated one occupant of the vehicle at the scene for minor injuries.

The at fault party was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.
