Weekend Snowfall Totals Vary Around Michiana

(UNDATED) – As predicted, the snowfall totals around Michiana this weekend varied, depending on where you lived.

Snow moved into the area late Saturday night and continued into Sunday morning in some locations. According to the National Weather Service in Northern Indiana, snowfall totals around Southern Michigan ranged from 3.8 inches in Sturgis and 3.7 inches in Three Rivers, to between 2 and 3 inches around Branch County. Closer to Lake Michigan, St. Joseph had 3.8 inches of snow.

In Northern Indiana, Goshen had just over 4 inches of snowfall. Nappanee received just over 5 inches while Auburn had 6 inches of snow. Allen County is reporting 8.5 inches of snow.
