LAGRANGE – Lakeland School Superintendent Dr. Eva Merkel issuing an update for the corporation.

Wednesday through Friday this week will be e-learning days. Administrators and secretaries will be in buildings to answer questions.

Next Monday through April 3rd the district will be closed using ten waiver days. Buildings and grounds, including playgrounds, are off limits. Information about food access will be shared later.

April 6th through 10th is Spring Break.

They will continue to monitor the situation and if conditions get better instead of worse they will consider the opportunity to reopen schools before April 27th.

The district will follow mandates from the state.
