ELKHART – Police ticketed a Goshen woman following a crash on State Road 120 at River Launch Court Monday afternoon.

They say 28-year-old Kimberly Reed was eastbound and turned left into the path of a westbound vehicle driven by 65-year-old Craig Knapp of Elkhart.

Reed suffered chest pain but refused treatment. The child passengers in her vehicle were checked by medics but were not hurt.

Police charged Reed with operating without insurance, driving while suspended, operating with expired plates, failure to yield, and child restraint violations.
