ELKHART – Shipments of RVs in October were down 10-and-a-half percent from a year ago.

The RV Industry Association said wholesale shipments were just under 39-thousand for the month compared to 43,568 a year ago.

Motorhomes were down 14.6% while towables were down 10%.

Park model RVs were up nearly 17% from last year.

Overall for 2019 shipments are down 17.4% from last year.
