TOPEKA – Police in Lagrange County arrested a Howe man early Wednesday morning on a pair of felony charges.
Deputies investigating a report of a suspicious vehicle parked near 6900 West County Road 800 South and made contact with 44-year-old Michael Maskow.
They say Maskow’s license was suspended as a Habitual Traffic Violator and had methamphetamine in his possession.
He was taken to the Lagrange County Jail and charged with two level six felonies.
