LAGRANGE – The LaGrange Town Board gave the green light to developers of a new condominium project near Heron Creek Golf Course.

Tom and Robbie Miller came to the board seeking approval to connect the units to town water and sewer service.

Robbie Miller described the project.

"We're talking ten detached condos. Basically two-bedroom single-story on a basement. The basements will have windows and wells so there would be the possibility of a third bedroom in the basement. It will be HOA styled so the grounds will be maintained by an individual, not by the individuals who own the units."

She said they hope to price each unit below $200,000.
