Sturgis boys tennis team beats Marshall

(MARSHALL) - The Sturgis boys tennis team traveled to Marshall and won a non-conference match 7-1 over the host Red Hawks. Coach George Earl says his team displayed a solid performance at the net combined with a desire to find a way to win. Earl would like to give a shout out to Brody Currier at Second Singles, who after 2 hours and 45 minutes overcame a 0-3 deficit in the Third Set to win the match. Sturgis improves to 8-4.
