Harvest Fest Quilt Show
The 3rd annual Quilt Show will be held at the Constantine Township Library showcasing the talent and artistry of local quilters.

Perimenopause & Menopause 101
This supportive evening of learning will feature a straight-talk session designed to help women understand the physical and emotional shifts that come with menopause. Laura Rysso, FNP-BC, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Return to Victory, a faith-based holistic life coaching practice, will walk attendees through common symptoms, and everyday wellness approaches that support women through this stage of life with grace and confidence. This session is especially helpful for women in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond - but also open to all adults, including partners, caregivers, and family members who want to better understand and support the women in their lives.
