(THREE RIVERS) - Friday afternoon's storms significantly damaged the Community Health Agency's location in Three Rivers.
Assessment of the physical structure is still ongoing, but the agency is working to continue to meet the needs of the community during this time.
CHA Health Officer Rebecca Burns says they will be relocating their clinical services, WIC, immunizations, STI/HIV treatment and testing, to their Sturgis location at 1555 East Chicago Road starting Monday March 9th at 8 AM. If you have an appointment scheduled for this week but are unable to keep that appointment, please call 269-273-2161 extension 201 to reschedule or discuss additional options.
Burns says their Environmental Health services, well and septic permits, food licenses, and inspections, will temporarily relocate to their location in Coldwater at 570 Marshall Road. Online applications can be made with a credit card payment through the portal on the CHA website. A convenience fee is charged for credit card payments.
Applications can be downloaded from the website at the Environmental Health tab. Completed applications and check payments can be mailed to 570 Marshall Rd., Coldwater, MI 49036. You can also call 517-279-9561 extension 106 if you need assistance or to speak to a team member.
Burns says the CHA will keep the community informed as we move through the rebuilding process.
