(SPRINGPORT) – Springport was the sight of the Big 8 cross country jamboree. In the boys race, Jonesville was first, Bronson third, Union City fifth and Quincy was seventh. Bronson was led by Aden Hathaway who was fifth overall and Ashton Wells who came in eighth. Quincy’s Rhett Reif was seventh and Jason Shoop of Union City was sixth. In the ladies competition, Union City was first, Quincy third, Bronson fifth and Jonesville was sixth. Bronson’s Ava Hathaway was first overall and teammate Ashlynn Harris was second. Union City was led by Skyler Fraley who was fifth while Quincy’s Charlotte Crabbs was eighth.
