(PORTAGE) – The Sturgis volleyball team struggled Saturday at the Portage Northern Tournament. The Lady Trojans split with Otsego, lost to B.C. Lakeview, split Grand Rapids Northview and then lost to Three Rivers in bracket play. Harlie Blum had 71 assists, 28 digs and 5 kills for Sturgis. Adison Nettleman added 31 kills, 4 aces, 27 digs and 4 blocks while Megan Hecht had 31 kills, 7 digs and 6 blocks. Angela Cary had 11 kills and 10 blocks on the day.
