(KENDALLVILLE) – A member of the Westview girls golf team is heading to the IHSAA Regional meet. During Friday’s Sectional hosted by East Noble at Cobblestone Golf Course, F.W. Carroll won the team Sectional championship with a score of 315. Also advancing as teams to the Regional are Northridge who finished second with a score of 346 and Concord was third with a round of 373. Westview finished fifth (391) while Goshen was sixth (398); Lakeland was ninth (436); East Noble was tenth (472) and Prairie Heights was 11th (505). Westview’s Hope Haarer was the top individual to advance to the Regional from a non qualifying team with a score of 80. She will be joined by Mackensy Mabre of West Noble, who won a playoff for second with a round of 83. The Regional will be played at Noble Hawk Golf Course.
