Three Rivers' Griffin and Humbert going to D-2 Finals

(BERRIEN SPRINGS) – Members of the Three Rivers boys and girls track teams are moving on to the Division 2 State Finals, after a good showing at the Berrien Springs Regional. In the boys events, Three Rivers finished fourth, Vicksburg fifth, Edwardsburg seventh, Niles eighth and Dowagiac tied for tenth with Allegan. Three Rivers' Noah Humbert finished second in the pole vault and will head to the State Finals. In the girls events, Edwardsburg was fourth, Niles seventh, Vicksburg ninth, and Three Rivers tenth. Kylin Griffin was Regional Champion in the 100 meters, the 200 meters and the 400 meters and will move on to the State Finals. Joining her will be the 800 meter relay team which came in second, and which Griffin was a part of. Paige McDonald was Regional Champion in the 300 meter hurdles and also part of the 800 meter relay team. Also advancing to the State Finals is Anezka Pradna who came in second in the 3200 meters.
