Indiana men beat Jackson State 70-35
(BLOOMINGTON) – Indiana sophomore forward Jordan Geronimo was so open in the second half of the Hoosiers' game against visiting Jackson State, you could have driven a bus between him and the closest Tiger defender. Geronimo had his way inside as he and Indiana picked up a 70-35 home win. Eleven Hoosiers played and 10 scored and all played tough defense. Point guard Xavier Johnson was the catalyst for the Hoosiers with 14 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists. Miller Kopp added 12 points and Tryce Jackson-Davis had 11 points, 6 below his average. IU only committed 11 turnovers after committing 27 two nights earlier against Louisiana. Indiana improves to 5-0 with the win, while Jackson State is now 0-4.
