(LIGONIER) – The Angola boys cross country team won a Sectional championship at the West Noble Sectional on Saturday. Also advancing as a team from the boys race to the Regional meet are Westview, DeKalb, West Noble and Churubusco. Lakeland came in sixth, followed by East Noble, Prairie Heights, Fremont, Hamilton and Eastside. Advancing as individuals from non-qualifying teams are Lakeland’s Caden Hostetler, Ezekiel Wachtman, Konner Palmer and Landon Jaeger; Riley Cearbaugh and Kawligo Glasgo of Prairie Heights; Fremont's Carson McLatcher, and Noah Shephard of Central Noble.
