(CLIMAX) – The Burr Oak softball team won the Climax-Scotts Invitational on Saturday, beating Lawton 12-8 and then host Climax-Scotts 8-0. Brooklyn Root pitched the Lady Bobcats to the win in both games. She went seven innings in both contests and struck out a combined 24 batters. Lilly Anderson had 5 hits and 5 RBI on the day for Burr Oak. Paige Poley added 4 hits and 4 RBI.
