(MENDON) – There’s plenty to see and do today at the 37th Annual Mendon Riverfest in Reed River Park along the St. Joseph River.

Mendon Riverfest Committee member Sam Murray says there is a new event for 2025, which will be happening today. ...... {LISTEN}.

The Mendon Fireman’s BBQ starts at 11 AM, along with the concessions opening to the public, and the Mendon Masonic Lodge chicken dinner, which will go on until 5 PM.

The arts and crafts exhibits will be open at 3 PM, kids games and face painting will also start at 3 PM as will the ice cream social, hosted by the Mendon Band.

Starting at 4:30 PM, the Mendon Farmer’s Market Pick Up Band will be performing in the Main Gazebo. The kids inflatables will be open at 5 PM, and the classic car cruise gets underway at 5 PM as well.

The Mendon Women’s Club will have their puzzle race at 5 PM while at 6 PM the 3rd Annual Riverfest Cake Walk will take place, sponsored by the West Mendon Community Church.

The wine & canvas and cookies & canvas will start 6 PM while in the Main Gazebo at 6 PM you can listen to music from In The Grey.

Getting underway at 7:30 PM will be the trivia competition. There is a cost of $20 for each five person team.

At 9 PM there will be a movie in the park and at 9:30 PM karaoke will be provided by DJ Fin.
