LaGrange County Chamber Hosting Meet The Candidates Forum

(LAGRANGE) – Indiana’s Primary Election is set for May 7.

A local organization will be giving voters an opportunity to meet and hear from the candidates before they cast their ballots.

The LaGrange County Chamber of Commerce will hold a “Meet The Candidates” forum on Tuesday, April 23 at 6 PM. Attendees may have the chance to interact with candidates running for various positions; including U.S. Senator, U.S. House of Representatives, Indiana Governor, State Senator, State Representative, LaGrange County Circuit Court Judge, LaGrange County Clerk of the Circuit Court, LaGrange County Recorder, LaGrange County Treasurer, LaGrange County Coroner, LaGrange County Commissioners, and LaGrange County Council.

Those in attendance will learn firsthand about the candidate’s visions, policies, and plans for LaGrange County, the State of Indiana and the United States. They will also learn about the candidate’s platforms and be allowed to mingle with and ask the candidates questions.

The forum will be held at Lakeland Intermediate School. The event is free and open to the public.
