(LAGRANGE) – A LaGrange County organization wants to do more to create economic growth and development.

This follows what Leadership LaGrange County did last year, when it returned with a mission to identify, train, prepare and inspire community engagement and development along with economic growth and development.

This year’s re-imagined program consists of 6 sessions held once monthly from 9 AM until 1 PM on the first Wednesday of each month beginning in October 2022 and running until March 2023. Session dates are October 5, November 2, December 7, January 4, February 1 and March 15. Sessions will focus on topics like the Gallup Science of Strengths; being an ideal team player; crucial conversations; healthy communication; and navigating cultural differences in the workplace.
