Covered Bridge Health Care Hires Linihan As CEO

(CENTREVILLE) – A local health care organization didn’t have to look far to find their next leader.

The Covered Bridge Healthcare of St. Joseph County Board of Directors announced Friday the appointment of Stacy Linihan of Sturgis as their new Chief Executive Officer. The search committee reviewed over 60 resumes and interviewed six candidates. Linihan was offered a two year contract which she has accepted.

Linihan has been with Covered Bridge Healthcare since its inception in 2016 and brings with her a great deal of local knowledge and insight to the organization. She has served as interim CEO since April.

Covered Bridge Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing care to St. Joseph County, Michigan. They are a preventative medicine and acute care needs primary care provider, which offers healthcare in the form of physical health, behavioral health, and natural remedies.

Covered Bridge Healthcare also serves the community with mobile healthcare, and they work with their onsite partner, Bridge Healthcare Pharmacy to deliver medication to patient’s homes.
