(CENTREVILLE) – The Centreville Board of Education interviewed four individuals Wednesday night for the Superintendent's position.

Board members held interviews with Jeremy Wright, Plainwell High School Principal; Dr. Barry Younghans, Assistant Superintendent with Goshen Community Schools; Chad Brady, current Interim Superintendent for Centreville; and Jerome Wolff, Superintendent with Nottawa Community School.

The Michigan Association of School Boards is assisting Centreville with the search, and selected the four individuals out of 17 applicants.

The Centreville School Board asked each candidate a group of questions. One of those questions was how do you attract and retain staff to your district. Brady, who was named Interim Superintendent earlier this year, gives his response. ...... {LISTEN}.

Brady says it's also important to reach out to schools like Glen Oaks Community College and universities to let students going into education know how great it is to work for Centreville schools.

Wolff, who taught in the Centreville Schools before moving on to Nottawa Schools, shares hit ideas. ...... {LISTEN}.
