(THREE RIVERS) - The Three Rivers Department of Public Services will start their biannual hydrant flushing on Monday April 4.

City officials say they expect the flushing to continue through Friday May 20. Flushing will occur Monday thru Friday from 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM.

The City says due to many variables, they are not able to determine the exact date they will be in each district, but they will be starting in First District followed by the Fourth, Second, and Third Districts.

Citizens are asked to be aware that some rusty water may be experienced during this time. If there are any prolonged problems call the DPS office at 269-273-1845.
