(PLEASANT LAKE) – Indiana State Police are investigating an officer involved shooting incident.

The suspect, identified as 36 year old Jeremy Tuttle of Hudson, Indiana, was found by a garage on Easy Street and then taken to the Steuben County Jail. He is being held on charges of Resisting Law Enforcement Vehicular Fleeing;
Resisting Law Enforcement Physical and Operating While Suspended.

Assisting Deputies with the pursuit were the Indiana State Police, the Hamilton Police Department and the Angola Police Department.

This is an ongoing investigation. Once it's finished, the information will be turned over to the Steuben County Prosecutor for review, and a determination will be made as to whether further charges are warranted.
