(COLDWATER) – Michigan State Police are asking for the public's help with their investigation of an armed robbery in Coldwater.

Troopers were called to Rick's Party Store, 293 North Angola Road at 10:30 PM Monday on a report of an armed robbery. During the course of the robbery, troopers say a black iPhone XR with a cracked screen was stolen.

It's believed that iPhone was sold to a juvenile in the Coldwater area by the suspect.

Troopers are asking parents to check with their children and if the iPhone is located, to please contact Trooper Sherwood at the Michigan State Police in Marshall by calling 269-558-0500.
